For the PDF rules, my goal is to have a 1 page (2 column) Table of Contents that provides a portal to the entire book.  When referencing the rulebook on your computer or phone (it works on your phone, but is easier to navigate on your laptop or tablet), you can always return to that one page Table of Contents and click your way to any important portion of the book.

Keeping it to one page, makes it much easier to find what you want quickly.  And so, deciding what ends up on that 1 page Table of Contents becomes pretty important.  I've done my best on this.  But, if you have suggestions for a specific section that absolutely needs to be on that Table of Contents, that I have not included specifically, please let me know.
