We are nearing an end in our time on Veridian. While we have not found a drive or a ship, we do have two new leads. One would send us into the jaws of the pirates and the other into the depths of unknown space. Additionally in order for us to escape a tenuous situation we had to make a deal with the shadow fleet. It is doubtful this could be avoided. It has come to my attention that our current funds exceeded the amount allotted to us. Additionally, the youngster assigned to this task force. We are aware of the funds. The amount will be deducted from any future allocations. Continue with the mission in the direction that seems most fruitful. As for the boy, you are not on Starlight Haven the mission has priority over protocol. His skills in dealing with less than ideal people is one of the reasons he was our choice. That said it is your job to deal with your crew, not abandon them. Just like your ship if something needs fixing you fix it. Figure it out soldier.
